Century Extrusion Announces Marc Delplace as New Agent

CPM Century Extrusion is pleased to announce that Marc Delplace is now an agent for Eastern Canada and the upper New England states. Marc's engineering background and over twenty years of design & manufacturing experience in the plastics industry will be an asset to help compounders increase twin screw productivity and prepare for production changes. Marc states: "What attracted me to Century Extrusion is their ground-up approach to the industry and customer partnering. I believe this stems from their origin as a manufacturer of screw and barrel segments. Years of experience refitting and improving the screw and barrel, or 'wet-end,' assembly on other brands, led to Century’s own brand and range of machine models now manufactured on a global scale."

Marc’s initial focus will be to improve screw design and wear life of existing compounding machinery. As customer needs dictate, Marc will promote Century Extrusion Twin Screw Machinery, including the CXE, Apex and TSE equipment lines. Marc will provide the vital link between the processor and Century Extrusion’s design and manufacturing departments. Nothing replaces seeing first hand the customers’ application, needs and opportunities.
